01 / WHAT I BUILD

Useful systems, not technology for technology’s sake.

The goal is simple: identify where people are wasting time, where information gets lost, and where better tooling can create measurable operational leverage.

Automation

Remove repetitive work

Turn manual, repetitive workflows into faster processes that run consistently and leave people to handle the exceptions.

  • Browser workflow automation
  • Data collection and cleanup
  • Operational task automation
AI

Put AI inside the workflow

Use AI where it actually improves speed, accuracy, research, quoting, communication, or decision support.

  • AI-assisted decision tools
  • Internal knowledge workflows
  • Rate and data verification
Internal tools

Build what the team is missing

Lightweight tools designed around the way the operation really works, rather than forcing the operation around generic software.

  • Chrome extensions
  • Dashboards and calculators
  • Process-specific utilities
02 / THE CHANGE

From manual friction to operational leverage.

Before

People spend time copying, checking, searching and chasing.

Important work gets buried under repetitive administrative steps and disconnected systems.

After

The routine work is compressed into a faster, repeatable workflow.

People spend their time on decisions, exceptions, relationships and work that actually moves the business forward.

01

Find the bottleneck

Map where time is being lost and identify the highest-value problem first.

02

Define the outcome

Agree on what should become faster, easier or more reliable.

03

Build and test

Create a lightweight solution, test it in the real workflow and iterate quickly.

04

Deploy and improve

Put it into use, measure the impact and keep refining what matters.

03 / SELECTED EXPERIENCE

Built from real operational problems.

My background is in operations, freight brokerage, pricing and carrier procurement, which means I approach automation from the business problem first.

INTERNAL AUTOMATION

Carrier sourcing workflow automation

I designed and deployed an internal software extension that compressed a repetitive carrier-sourcing task from a manual process into seconds. The focus was not simply writing software. It was recognizing a recurring operational bottleneck and designing a tool people would actually use.

The implementation details remain private, but the result demonstrates the kind of work I enjoy most: combining process knowledge with practical technology to create measurable time savings.

04 / WHO I HELP

Especially useful for operations-heavy businesses.

Logistics

Freight & transportation

Carrier sourcing, quoting, rate intelligence, load planning, operational communication and internal workflow tools.

SMB

Growing operations teams

Businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and manual handoffs but do not need a massive software implementation.

Projects

Focused internal builds

Small, specific tools that save measurable time or improve a high-value business process.
